Hunting at Saulsbury Bridge Recreation Area features the following:

  • 600 acres of public hunting
  • Wetlands, woodlands, open fields
  • Bounded on the west by the Cedar River
  • Nearby modern campground
  • Game species present include: deer, waterfowl, turkey, squirrel, rabbit, and pheasant
  • 200 yard buffer maintained between hunting area and camping and picnicking areas
  • Approximately 3.5 miles of trails/service roads within hunting area
